Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026These Terms govern your use of ARClip, operated by Web-AR.Studio Corp. By using the service you agree to them and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the activity of team members you invite. Keep your credentials secure.
Who can use ARClip
You may use ARClip only if you are of legal age to enter into these Terms under the laws of your country. Children may use ARClip only through an educational organization that has an agreement with us and invites them to ARClip; the organization is responsible for parental consent where it is required and for how its students use the service. We may close accounts created in breach of these rules.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display it so the service can function.
Acceptable use
Do not use ARClip to infringe rights, distribute unlawful or harmful content, or disrupt the service or other users.
Communication & conduct
These rules apply to voice and video chat, screen sharing, editor chat and comments, requests to the assistant, multiplayer scenes and publications. Prohibited: harassment, threats and hate speech; sexual content involving minors and any attempt at sexualized contact with them; unlawful content and spam; sharing other people's personal data; recording others without their consent. Project editors can turn off another participant's microphone, camera and screen sharing. Report violations to support@arclip.design. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or delete accounts and, where the law requires, share information with authorities.
Published projects & viewer data
If your published project collects viewers' data (player accounts, forms, your own analytics or pixels), you are responsible for that data: tell viewers what you collect and why, obtain consent where it is required, and do not collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. We store and process such data on your behalf and under your instructions.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Credits are spent on AI generation and paid subscriptions to authors. Taxes may apply.
Author earnings
Authors can earn from premium work in the catalog, paid subscriptions to their profile and, where the plan includes it, ads in their experiences. Earnings are credited to your balance; to withdraw them, your profile must be connected to Stripe Connect. Revenue shares and payout terms are shown in your dashboard and may change. We may hold or reverse earnings in case of a breach of these Terms, fraud or a refund to the buyer. You are responsible for taxes on your earnings.
Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the billing settings in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and recurring charges are not prorated. Your first plan payment can be refunded within 14 days as described in the Refund Policy; otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits may, at our discretion, be refunded to your organization balance. For billing or refund requests, contact support@arclip.design.
Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available but provide it "as is". We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be communicated.
