Licensing

Who owns what on ARClip: the projects you create, the work you publish to the community catalog, and the assets you bring in from elsewhere.

Your projects stay yours

You keep ownership of everything you create in ARClip. You grant us only the limited rights we need to store, process and display your project so the service can run and so you can publish it.

Publishing to the catalog

When you publish a project, template or asset to the public catalog you choose its access level - free or premium. Publishing lets other ARClip users open your work and, where you allow it, remix it inside their own projects. You can unpublish at any time; that stops new use, but does not retract copies already made.

Using other creators’ work

Work you open or remix from the catalog may be used inside ARClip projects under the access level its author set. Do not redistribute it as a standalone asset, resell it, or present it as your own original work.

Imported and generated assets

Models you import from external libraries keep the license of their source - check it before you publish commercially. For assets produced by the AI features, you are responsible for making sure the prompt and the result do not infringe someone else’s rights.

Takedowns and questions

If something published on ARClip infringes your rights, write to support@arclip.design with a link and a description and we will review it.
