Governing law
The Terms of Service, and any dispute arising from or relating to them, are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The state and federal courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
